The ears of our customers are carefully cleaned with special textiles during each visit to prevent inflammation. If necessary, hair is removed from the ear canal to reduce any hearing loss.
If an irritation, inflammation or severe contamination of the ear canal is present, we recommend an immediate visit to one of our veterinarians.
